Mutabaruka, pseudonimo di Allan Hope (Rae Town, 26 dicembre 1952), è un cantante giamaicano.
È un membro del movimento dub poetry. Il suo nome deriva dalla lingua kinyarwanda tradotto significa "Uno che è sempre vittorioso".
