Mary Clavering
Lady Mary Clavering, contessa Cowper (1685 – 5 febbraio 1724), è stata una nobildonna inglese.
Biografia
Era la figlia di John Clavering.
Matrimonio
Sposò, nel 1706, William Cowper, I conte Cowper, figlio di Sir William Cowper, II Baronetto, e di sua moglie, Sarah Holled. Ebbero quattro figli:
- Spencer Cowper (?-25 marzo 1774), sposò Dorothy Townshend, non ebbero figli;
- Lady Sarah Cowper (?-1758);
- Lady Anne Cowper (?-26 marzo 1750), sposò James Edward Colleton, non ebbero figli;
- William Cowper, II conte Cowper (13 agosto 1709-18 settembre 1764).
Divenne contessa Cowper nel 1718.
Morte
Morì il 5 febbraio 1724.
