Gli NBA Playoffs 2025 iniziarono il 19 aprile 2025 e sono terminati il 23 giugno dello stesso anno.

Partecipano 16 squadre, 8 per ciascuna delle due Conference: Eastern Conference e Western Conference. Per ogni Conference accedono ai playoff le prime 6 squadre classificate nella stagione regolare, più due squadre qualificate mediante i "Play-in".

Tutti gli incontri, dal primo turno alla finale, si giocano al meglio delle 7 partite; la squadra meglio classificata in stagione regolare gioca in casa: gara-1, gara-2, gara-5 e gara-7. Ad ogni squadra viene assegnato un posto in graduatoria in base alla posizione raggiunta al termine della stagione regolare; in caso di parità di numero di vittorie, viene tenuto conto degli scontri diretti.
