Note
- ^ la gara di ritorno non venne disputata perché i giocatori dell'Aris Salonicco si rifiutarono di scendere in campo per protesta contro i mancati pagamenti degli stipendi; e il Maroussi Atene ottenne la vittoria a tavolino
- ^ la gara di ritorno venne inizialmente sospesa per la squalifica di diversi giocatori di entrambe le squadre. In seguito la FIBA decise per un replay della gara, a porte chiuse, per la settimana successiva, ma la Stella Rossa Belgrado non scese in campo e il Telindus Racing Antwerpen ottenne la vittoria a tavolino
