Ronald Jordan Hunter, detto R.J. (Oxford, 24 ottobre 1993), è un ex cestista e allenatore di pallacanestro statunitense, di ruolo guardia.

Carriera

Il 26 giugno 2015 viene selezionato al Draft dai Boston Celtics alla 28ª scelta.^[1]

Il 24 ottobre 2016, ovvero il giorno del suo compleanno viene tagliato dai Boston Celtics nonostante il suo contratto durasse fino al 2018.^[2] Il padre di R.J. ovvero Ron Hunter (coach universitario tra l'altro) arrivò a commentare in prima persona la delusione del figlio per il fatto di essere stato tagliato.

Il successivo 28 ottobre viene acquistato da free agent ai Chicago Bulls.^[3] Tuttavia dopo tre partite disputate e un po' di prestiti in D-League agli Windy City Bulls (franchigia affiliata ai Chicago Bulls), il 30 dicembre dello stesso anno Hunter viene tagliato.^[4]

Il 7 gennaio 2017 si trasferisce ai Long Island Nets andando a giocare in D-League.^[5]
