Samuel Alvey, detto Sam (Waterford, 6 maggio 1986), è un artista marziale misto statunitense.
Combatte nella divisione dei pesi medi per l'organizzazione statunitense UFC. È stato fra i vincitori del reality show The Ultimate Fighter: Team Carwin vs. Team Nelson nel 2012. In passato ha militato anche nelle promozioni Bellator e MFC.
