La IFAF Europe Champions League 2016 è la 3ª edizione del massimo torneo europeo di football americano, organizzato dalla IFAF Europe. Con i 13 team partecipanti la formula del campionato prevede quattro gironi territoriali (Nord, Sud, Est e Centro), da ognuno dei quali si qualifica una squadra per le Final Four.

Ha avuto inizio il 16 aprile e si è conclusa il 24 luglio con la finale di Breslavia vinta per 40-37 dai polacchi Panthers Wrocław sugli italiani Seamen Milano.
